Rakesh Chandra Singh

Training Manager – Middle East and Africa Operations

Singh has an extensive background in OPITO BOSIET & Maritime trainings, including a 7 years’ experience as Training Manager in Training Centres worldwide.

Immanuela has real passion to ensure that NOIAA achieve its business results through effective people management.

Ekele, is skilled in the areas of educational psychology including capital markets and securities law, offshore, onshore corporate and commercial trainings.

Heads NOIAA Africa, Europe and Australia’s team of trainers who are charged with taking participants through a range of courses.

He has established a track record of outstanding performance in financial duties especially the Account Payable.

Multi-discipline knowledge as an instructor to provide a standard training to a safety industry.

Sylvie is NOIAA’s Group General Counsel with responsibility for the company’s legal, ethics and compliance functions.
