In his role as Learning and Assessment General Manager, Jose is leading a shift in thought towards a skill maintenance mindset which is aimed at building on the skills and knowledge participants accumulate each time they undertake training.
Jose began at NOIAA Paris, Europe in 2006 as a trainer from a background in outdoor education. He takes a professional development approach to training, demonstrating the role of trainer is more than a job – it is a career that provides a range of options for progression and future development within the business.
