During her time at NOIAA LTD, MEA Operations, Immanuela has played an active role in the development of company policies and business development initiatives.
She has a strong background in Human Resource Management, including two years of experience at FOMIC Polytechnic Douala, where she served as an Assistant Human Resource Lecturer and Assistant to the Dean of the School of Business.
