Immanuela joined the Group in November 2022 as Human Resource Manager.
During her time at NOIAA LTD, MEA Operations Immanuela has been actively involved in the development of Company Polices and Business Development activities.

Immanuela has an extensive background in Human Resource Management. Including two years’ experience with FOMIC Polytechnic Douala, where she was an Assistant Human Resource Lecturer and Assistant to the Dean of School of Business.

Immanuela has real passion to ensure that NOIAA achieve its business results through effective people management.
