Training Manager – Middle East and Africa Operations

Singh is a On/offshore professional Instructor and Fellow of the Indian Institute of Maritime and Mining with over 25 years experience in the On/offshore industry, including most facets of exploration and offshore.

For the past 16 years, he has focussed his career actively in Africa and the Middle East. He is recently appointed Training Manger for the National Offshore Institute of Australia and America, Limited (NOIAA, LTD) in February 2024. In NOIAA LTD, MEA Operations he is actively involved in Training, developing and managing the management system and completed sight Audits

Singh, also has an extensive background in OPITO BOSIET, Maritime and HSE training courses, including seven years’ experience as Training Manager in International Training Centres in Ghana, India and Qatar.
Mr. Singh, was not only appointed as Training Manager within NOIAA group of companies but also as an Instructor, mounting of training modules and coordinating of trainings within the NOIAA LTD, MEA Operations On/offshore Maritime Safety Training Centres around Middle East and African countries.

In addition to his extensive knowledge as Training Manager he is an Internal auditor, Verifier and Assessor. He is goal-oriented with a high degree of flexibility, creativity, commitment, innovative and optimism and has real passion to ensure that NOIAA achieve all OPITO approvals. He has the capability to bring great ideas for the growth of the company.
