Clinton has a strong background in the Finance and Management field. He has established a track record of outstanding performance in financial duties especially the Account Payable / Treasury duties and Account Receivable. He portray an exceptional knowledge of a wide range of accounting procedures, adapt to managing financial statements and other accounting information.

Also, he has the ability to deal with simple and complex responsibilities, from supporting with operating functions and account management to general terms including financial reporting and banking management.

In addition to his extensive on/offshore maritime safety training industry experience, Clinton has also worked in the manufacturing industry and import/export and distribution sector before joining NOIAA in various roles. He brings with him extensive financial strategy, financial management and accounting experience, with a strong background in enterprise risk management and financial controls.
