President & Director General - Middle East & Africa Operations
Austin was recently appointed President & Director General for NOIAA LTD, MEA & Oceanic Operations in November 2023. He is also responsible for the Operations in the Oceanic Countries.
As President & Director General, Austin will drive the organization’s strategic objectives to expand and transform all NOIAA On/offshore Maritime Safety Training Centers into a full independent business unit of the organization by exploring new markets and service delivery options within Africa, Middle East and the Oceanic.
Prior to his recent appointment as President & Director General, Austin held many senior roles within the oil and gas companies, including General Manager for Halliburton Africa, Operations Director for Schlumberger in Houston, Texas and vice president ChevronTexaco Middle East Operations.
