James' approach to leading NOIAA Australia's shared services, including finance, human resources, IT and business improvement systems, is one of driving continuous improvement through a constructive, adaptive, high-performance culture.
James is a seasoned executive, having previously been a member of the Joondalup Health Campus executive team and partnered in a consultancy context with executives to provide coaching and mentoring in organizational, cultural and executive development.
