James is a seasoned executive, having previously been a member of the Joondalup Health Campus executive team and partnered in a consultancy context with executives to provide coaching and mentoring in organizational, cultural and executive development.

James is passionate about professional development and supporting NOIAA Australia, Africa and Europe team members to develop their capabilities to achieve strategic and business goals.
