Chief Strategy Officer- Oceanic, Middle East & Africa Operations

Steve is NOIAA Corp PTY LTD’s Chief Strategy Officer. he joined the company in 2022 and since then has been instrumental in the development and execution of the company’s three-year growth strategy launched at its last Capital Markets Day.

As Chief Strategy Officer, Steve is responsible for leading the functions critical to the company’s strategic growth and delivery. This includes safety training, sustainability, corporate development, marketing & communications, IT, quality, supply chain, security and travel.

Before joining NOIAA, Steve had a 19-year career at Kens UK, NickCery Group International Services Plc and Wilbros International in Houston where he held a variety of leadership roles including Senior Vice President of Sales for the Federal and Environmental Solutions business. Before that, he served as Senior Vice President for the Advancing National Security and Defence business where he led a worldwide team of 5000 people delivering mission-critical solutions to the U.S. Department of Defence and other government clients.
