The National Offshore Institute of Australia and America, Limited (NOIAA LTD) MEA Operations, which is the subsidiary of (NOIAA Corp) with global headquarters located at 2425 West Loop South, (Suite 100) Houston, Texas 77027 USA is proud to offer on/offshore maritime safety training and renewables sectors, and we are certified to the highest standards to deliver STCW, British Safety Counsel, OPITO and WAHA approved and mandated courses.

We have always enjoy access from road, rail and air with a journey time of just 45 mins from Douala Airport, 8 mins from Victoria now Limbe City Centre by car and parking for over 50 cars onsite.

Specialist courses require specific simulation equipment to deliver realistic scenarios, and CTS can provide the following facilities all on one site:

• Deep water training pool
• HUET (Helicopter Underwater Escape Training)
• Fire training ground complete with modern module training stack
• Working and Rescue at Height Towers
• SCBA training units that are industry issue
• Helideck, complete with multiple foam monitors and access points
• Muster point allowing for training and boarding of survival craft (TEMPSC)
• Full suite of life rafts, life jackets, PSTASS and PPE to train delegates in helicopter emergencies and sea based scenarios
