Vice President & General Manager - Oceanic, Middle East & Africa Operations
Queen, was appointed as the Vice President and General Manager for NOIAA Corp PTY LTD, Oceanic, Middle East and Africa Operations in August 2023. She was elected President of the Australian Offshore Oil and gas in November 2019 before stepping down.
She brings to the group over 10 years of International Advisory, Business, Energy and Maritime experience, most recently with Halliburton in Singapore where he gained extensive commercial experience as a senior strategist and analyst in both energy and metals commodities.
Queen has had great exposure across four continents, which has allowed her to acquire excellent multi-cultural and interpersonal skills. This has translated, inter alia, in fluency in French and English and a fair ability in Mandarin and Spanish.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Mathematics from Columbia University (New York, USA) as well as a Master of Science (Honors) in Energy Studies (specialization in international oil and gas management) from Dundee University (Scotland, UK) where she graduated with overall distinction.
She is a member of the Society of Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration (SME), the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), the Australian Leadership Network (ALN) and has had several paper and magazine publications including on his achievements in Forbes Australia.
