A clear division of responsibilities at the head of the company ensures a balance of authority. No individual has unfettered powers of decision-making, and no block of individuals can dominate the Board. Our Board Charter stipulates that operation of the Board and the executive responsibility for running the business are separate tasks.

Austin was recently appointed President & Director General for NOIAA LTD, MEA & Oceanic Operations in November 2023.

Leads a team dedicated to collaborating with clients to deliver bespoke service offerings that meet specific needs.

Heads NOIAA Africa, Europe and Australia’s team of trainers who are charged with taking participants through a range of courses.

Leading NOIAA Australia’s shared services, including finance, human resources, IT and business improvement systems.

Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
