A clear division of responsibilities at the head of the company ensures a balance of authority. No individual has unfettered powers of decision-making, and no block of individuals can dominate the Board. Our Board Charter stipulates that operation of the Board and the executive responsibility for running the business are separate tasks.

Austin was recently appointed President & Director General for NOIAA LTD, MEA & Oceanic Operations in November 2023.

Queen, was appointed as the Vice President and General Manager for NOIAA Corp PTY LTD, Oceanic, Middle East and Africa Operations in August 2023

Having a 19-year career at Kens UK, NickCery Group International Services Plc and Wilbros International in Houston where he held a variety of leadership roles

Focused on company’s strategic priorities of driving performance excellence, delivering profitable and sustainable growth in Africa, Middle East and Europe.

Sylvie is NOIAA’s Group General Counsel with responsibility for the company’s legal, ethics and compliance functions.

Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Leading NOIAA Australia’s shared services, including finance, human resources, IT and business improvement systems.
