Divine ABWENZOH

Chief Financial Officer and Company Advisor – NOIAA LTD, UK

Divine was appointed as Group Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) in October 2022. Divine joined the Group in September 2022 as Group Treasurer and was appointed Interim Group CFO and Company Secretary in August 2021.

During his time at NOIAA LTD UK, Divine has been actively involved in all strategic finance and business development activities for the Group. He pioneered the business transformation project and restructure of NOIAA Group, leading the organization through an era of financial stability and growth.

Divine has an extensive background in strategic financing for on/offshore energy companies, including seven years with BNP Paribas where he was a Managing Director in the Upstream Oil and Gas team in London, responsible for leading the bank relationships with UK-focused independent E&P companies. Divine is a Fellow of the Chartered Banker Institute (CBI), Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI), and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
