Sylvie’s joining NOIAA was a great gesture. Sylvie is playing a key leadership role in NOIAA. She is well talented and has a wealth of experience in Safety, telecommunication and administration.

Sylvie is commercially astute and has a deep level of technical accounting knowledge, IT and business development, with an objective and broad-minded approach that stems from her multi-sector experience as well as her exposure to diverse cultures.

Sylvie is highly proactive and has a professional experience in risk management, treasury and general management. Her experience is also gained over range of institutions, in state Owned companies and the private sector including financial services, infrastructure, logistics and transportation sector.
