Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Executive Operations Manager. the Sales & Marketing Manager, coordinates the activities of the Sales & Marketing department of the various entities. In collaboration with the latter, the Manager defines and ensures the effective implementation of a sales & marketing strategy specific to each sector of activity.

The Manager participates in the definition, development and monitoring of the sales and marketing budgets of the various entities. Manager validates in the last resort the marketing plans elaborated by the Sales & Marketing team Lead of the different entities. Manager manages communication in response to crisis.

Core Responsibilities 

  • Establish an effective sales process with sales plays at every stage, starting with a lead in marketing, leveraging sales techniques which includes a formula for when to employ team-selling techniques
  • Identify strategies to meet sales targets aligned with the goals and objectives of the organization.
  • Contribute to market research and adjust sales strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
  • Lead a team in mapping potential customers and generate leads for the organization.
  • Develop data retention and records mechanism for future reference.
  • Identify, negotiate, and support business partnerships.
  • Establish and implement effective hand-off process between Business Development and Operations to ensure the successful on-boarding of new customers.
  • Work with management team to create go-to-market plans and goals.
  • Participate in pricing and priority discussions with the management team. 
  • Establish & maintain effective working relationships internally with operations leaders.
  • Provide expert advice and direction to move prospects through to contract award.
  • Provide industry feedback from customers to feed the product development lifecycle.
  • Perform all work with internal and external clients with a high level of personal integrity and alignment with NOIAA’s company values.

Nationality: Both Local and Expatriates

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Marketing, Communications.
  • Generally, requires 2+ years related experience
  • Must be able to drive
  • Candidate must be able to Read, Write & Speak English and French
